• Invoice Documents & Extracted OCR Data: When you process invoices using our AI-assisted features, document images or PDF pages are transmitted securely over TLS-encrypted HTTPS connections to Google Cloud AI Vision solely to perform text recognition and structure extraction. We do not store your invoice images on external public servers; all structured records, line items, and custom ERP mappings are saved locally on your personal computer in your private SQLite database.
• Anonymous Hardware Identifiers: A non-reversible one-way cryptographic hash of your hardware ID may be checked to prevent trial abuse and activate software licenses.
• Website & Usage Analytics: Our public website may collect anonymous technical telemetry (e.g., browser type, pages visited) to ensure uptime and optimize user experience.

We use the minimal collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the SnipBI software and customer support.
• To securely authenticate your identity and administer your software license.

• No Data Brokering: We never share, sell, or disclose your corporate or financial records to data brokers or advertising networks.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We integrate reputable enterprise cloud infrastructure providers to provide our services:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication and quota verification.
