1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SnipBI (including the software application, website snipbi.com, and associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the software immediately.

2. License Grant

SnipBI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the SnipBI software strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable software license agreements.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree to use SnipBI only for lawful business and personal productivity purposes. You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the proprietary source code of the software, except where permitted by applicable law.
Circumvent or tamper with authentication limits, license enforcement mechanisms, or API quota counters.
Use the service to process fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful financial instruments or illegal materials.

4. Subscriptions, Quotas and Payments

SnipBI may offer free trial tiers, quota-based scanning limits, and paid commercial subscriptions. All fees, billing intervals, and quota limits will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule unless cancelled by the user.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of SnipBI and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all document files and extracted business data that you process through the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnipBI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our OCR and AI parsing models strive for high accuracy, users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted data prior to committing entries into production ERP or accounting systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SnipBI or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use the software.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revisions at the top of this page. Your continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
